As Colleague Engagement & Reward Officer, you'll manage, develop, and maintain accurate records relating to pay, terms and conditions, benefits, and associated remuneration and implementation strategies. You'll also oversee colleague benefit schemes and take ownership of producing and analysing related reports—using insights to make informed recommendations for process or project improvements.
The hours of are 28 hours a week flexible on days/hours per day. The full-time salary is £33,660 pro-rata salary of £25,132.

About the role
Your main duties will include:
- Manage and maintain current master pay rate tables for all Operations pay rates which are used by Payroll, Resourcing, Finance and managers in Operations.
- Manage and maintain accurate central records of implementation of pay strategy across the Group, and all core and TUPE terms and conditions, to ensure accuracy, efficiency and help improve processes and consistency.
- Model costings for pay reviews and provide Payroll team with detailed and accurate data and instructions for processing pay uplifts.
- Coordinate annual Great Place to Work colleague survey launch, including headcount, colleague communications plan. Produce and analyse results and share with operational areas and business support functions.
About you
The successful applicant will have:
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
- Proactive with ability to use initiative and recommend actions
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in basic maths and a logical mindset to deliver practical recommendations and outcomes
