What skills and experience we're looking for

Our pupils are at the heart of our school and we would like to appoint a teacher who is passionate about children’s learning, wellbeing and personal flourishing. If you would like to be part of a highly effective staff team in our supportive close-knit school, we would like to hear from you.

We would like to appoint an outstanding ECT who:

• Is passionate about learning and recognises the difference it can make for our children;
• Has excellent communication skills and works well as part of a team;
• Has a proven track record of improving learning and progress as teacher or trainee teacher;
• Has excellent knowledge of the national curriculum;
• Works effectively with colleagues, children and external agencies;
• Would support the Christian ethos of the school.
