What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a teacher who:
Has a track record of delivering good and outstanding outcomes for children
Can plan and deliver inspirational lessons to individual groups and classes based upon sound curriculum knowledge
Effectively identifies and addresses gaps in children’s learning
Understands the impact of the learning environment upon children and staff
Can take on subject leadership in areas of the curriculum
Monitors, assesses and builds on children’s progress effectively
Has a ‘can do’ mentality with a desire to overcome any challenges that arise
Is a team player with great communication and inter-personal skills
Is committed to professional development and has high expectations of your own practice
Is prepared to support the Christian ethos of our school
Most importantly, is willing to ‘go the extra mile’ for our children and school community.
