This is a joyful and rewarding job and one where you can really make a difference to the lives of young people and their families.The Pastoral Manager role is focused on pupil support, family support, safeguarding children and young people and supporting regular school attendance. Elements of the job role can be emotionally challenging, and we are looking for candidates with tenacity and resilience who are able to demonstrate the ability to work well with pupils, parents, families, staff and external partners. This role suits positive and solution focused people who seek every opportunity to engage positively with families. The successful candidates will promote partnership working, demonstrate effective and honest communication and will show a firm commitment to the rights of every child.
