This is a full-time, on-site role supporting children and young people who may have experienced trauma, neglect, or disrupted family lives. You'll help create a safe, stable, and supportive environment where they can grow, develop, and thrive.
Your Role Will Include:

Providing day-to-day care, support, and encouragement to children and young people

Promoting emotional wellbeing, resilience, and positive relationships

Supporting children with daily routines, activities, education, and appointments

Managing challenging behaviours with patience and understanding

Maintaining a safe and nurturing home environment that meets individual needs

Working closely with colleagues, social workers, and external professionals

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Emotional resilience and a calm, consistent approach

Experience in a care setting or with children is ESSENTIAL-full training will be provided
