Are you looking for a rewarding career where you can make a lasting difference in a child's life? We are seeking compassionate, resilient, and committed Support Workers to join a dedicated team in a nurturing children's home in Tadley.

This is a full-time, on-site role supporting children and young people who may have experienced trauma, neglect, or disrupted family lives. You'll help create a safe, stable, and supportive environment where they can grow, develop, and thrive.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Providing day-to-day care, support, and encouragement to children and young people

  • Promoting emotional wellbeing, resilience, and positive relationships

  • Supporting children with daily routines, activities, education, and appointments

  • Managing challenging behaviours with patience and understanding

  • Maintaining a safe and nurturing home environment that meets individual needs

  • Working closely with colleagues, social workers, and external professionals

What We're Looking For:

  • A genuine passion for working with children and young people

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Emotional resilience and a calm, consistent approach

  • Experience in a care setting or with children is ESSENTIAL-full training will be provided

  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
