As our teams grow, we seek our next Junior Account Manager to join our team.

Every day is different at The Bread Factory, but here are some of the things you will be doing:


You will be the first point of contact for all customers of The Bread Factory and successfully answer any incoming inquiries. You will also be able to drive excellent customer care at all times, as well as promote products and ensure customers are satisfied with their orders. You will report to the Head of Sales and Customer Care, and work closely with our Account Manager.


Our team tells us you will be a great addition if you have experience in:

  • Receiving orders over the phone, email, text, and WhatsApp.
  • Use of CRM system to input orders, organise rounds, and price increases.
  • Advising customers on product range and upselling where possible.
  • Dealing with complaints from customers in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with accounts for any invoicing queries.
  • Liaising with the logistics team for any delivery queries.
  • Ability to work at pace, and work well under pressure.
  • Excellent IT computer skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner and verbal/written communication skills.
