Crynodeb
The postholder will be expected to: Provide consultant-level leadership in the delivery of inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation medicine services, with a focus on neurorehabilitation, major trauma, or critical care pathways, depending on interest and service needs. Supervise and support a skilled multidisciplinary team including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, neuropsychologists, and specialist nursing staff. Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical pathways and service innovations across the Rehabilitation Medicine department. Participate in undergraduate and postgraduate medical teaching and training, with academic opportunities available through the University of Cambridge. Engage in audit, service development, and quality improvement initiatives. Support integrated working with regional partners including community rehabilitation and specialised commissioning services.
