We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Specialist Teaching Assistant to join our complex needs school in Rugby on a full-time basis from September. This role offers a temp-to-perm contract, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position. If you are available to start sooner, this would be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to Early Years students with SEN.
- Assist in creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
- Work closely with teachers and therapists to implement individual learning plans.
- Support students with sensory play, communication, and daily activities.
- Foster a safe and engaging atmosphere to promote development and confidence.
Requirements:
- Experience in Early Years education is essential.
- Previous experience supporting children with SEN is required.
