    Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide in-class support to teachers during lessons


    • Work with small groups or individual students to boost their progress


    • Help maintain a structured and positive classroom environment


    • Support students across a variety of subjects and learning needs


    • Learn from experienced educators and gain firsthand insight into teaching


    • Contribute to an inclusive, respectful, and engaging school culture


      Who We’re Looking For:
      • Graduates with a 2:1 degree or above in key subjects like English, Maths, Science, MFL, or Humanities


      • A passion for supporting young people and helping them succeed


      • Strong communication skills and a proactive, enthusiastic attitude


      • Dependable, adaptable, and eager to learn


      • Experience working with young people is helpful, though not essential
