Support Worker – £12.60 per hour | Day or Night Shifts
Learning Disabilities & Complex Needs | Level 2 or 3 Health & Social Care | No Tier 2 Sponsorship

Our client is looking for dedicated Support Workers to join their team at a warm, homely service for people with learning disabilities and complex needs.

As a Support Worker, you’ll work closely with residents to provide personalised care and practical support in their daily lives. From helping with personal care and routines to supporting social activities and independence, every day will bring variety, purpose, and the chance to build real relationships.

What the Service is Looking For

  • Level 2 or 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience working in a care setting (essential)
  • A warm, patient, and respectful approach to care
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Right to work in the UK (Tier 2 visa sponsorship is not available)

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver person-centred care that respects each resident’s needs, wishes, and dignity
  • Support with personal care, mealtimes, mobility, and daily routines
  • Encourage and enable residents to be as independent as possible
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to a safe, clean, and calm home environment
  • Help with everyday tasks around the home and assist with planned activities
  • Maintain clear and accurate care records
