Our Sixth Form provision has a reputation for high academic achievement and excellence.The successful applicant will be based at the new £25m Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire Institute of Technology in Stafford with excellent facilities for students and staff. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and suitably qualified individual with excellent communication and organisational skills.Duties are varied and include providing comprehensive administrative support to staff throughout the department, reception duties, managing bookings and assisting with queries and dealing with correspondence. As the main contact point for enquiries you will liaise with students, parents, staff and employers.This role would be ideal for you if you are a customer focused individual with a strong interest and experience in the educational environment. The purpose is to provide a comprehensive support service to.In addition to a good standard of general education, you should have a relevant business admin qualification along with previous experience of working in a varied and busy administrative and/or secretarial role. You will have a confident manner with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, excellent MS Office Skills (Word, Excel and Access) and will be able to work efficiently to tight deadlines.
