About this opportunity

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer in our Intelligent Process Automation lab, part of the Analytics and AI Services platform, you'll design, implement, secure, maintain, and support infrastructure components for various COTS product implementations.

You'll create high-quality, integrated technology solutions while mentoring and motivating your team. Working with cross-disciplinary teams, you'll develop performant and highly available solutions, showcasing excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

What you'll do

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.

  • Utilise APIs to integrate RPA solutions with various systems and applications.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Develop and implement best practices and standards for RPA development and deployment.

  • Experience with containerised application deployment into cloud Kubernetes

  • Experience with Helm chart deploying Kubernetes configuration

  • Conduct root cause analysis for critical issues and provide expert consultation on technical decisions

  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on complex projects

  • Design and develop Jenkins pipelines using Groovy to automate CI/CD processes

  • Ensure seamless integration of Blue Prism and CTWO within the Jenkins architecture

  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and methodologies to enhance RPA capabilities.

  • Oversee the implementation of complex technical solutions and ensure alignment with broader business objectives.

  • Foster innovation within the team and contribute to thought leadership through articles, presentations, or whitepapers.

What you'll need

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.

  • Strong proficiency in using APIs (RESTful & SOAP) for system integration alongside robotics.

  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure and how it supports RPA solutions.

  • Strong understanding of Jenkins architecture and pipeline development using Groovy.

  • Hands-on experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Hands-on experience with containerised application deployment into Kubernetes, preferably in GCP using Helm charts

  • Extensive experience with Blue Prism/UiPath/Autoamtion Anywhere and related RPA technologies(eg. CTWO)

  • Familiarity with API testing tools such as Bruno, Postman or SoapUI.

  • Understanding of version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Knowledge of SQL database scripting.

  • Ability to design and implement scalable RPA solutions.

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and how they integrate with RPA tools.
