Post Title: Early Learning & Childcare (ELC) Commissioner
Location: Highland Council

Hours: 35 hours per week
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £42,879 - £46,410

Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: To lead, manage and sustain the expansion and provision of Early Learning and Childcare at an area level.
