We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Estate Impact Officer to join our successful in-house Homes Plus Neighbourhoods team on a full-time, fixed-term basis for 12 months.
The role
As an Estate Impact Officer, you will assist in the effective and safe management of estates within the Shropshire area. In addition, you will provide a safe, secure and well maintained environment for the community including the management and inspections of communal blocks, garage sites and communal areas and spaces.
What skills and experience we are looking for:
Must be numerate and literate to a good standard
Ability to identify risks and act appropriately in a timely manner
Excellent communication skills with ability to tackle difficult situations with confidence.
Commitment to customer care
Ability to organise work and work on own initiative to achieve targets/goals
Experience of working with internal and external partners to resolve issues
Good IT skills – competent in the use of general IT systems and spread sheets
Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for business use
