Brief outline of the role: The rota is planned for supporting for 1 supported living service where 4 people share one house – this is helping the people we support live as independently as possible with active support to make this manageable. Another part of the rota is supporting to go to Theme Parks and trampolining clubs. However, this part of the role needs good attention to detail and following routines to ensure smooth and good outcome in support sessions. Emotional support and supporting at Day Service will also require following routines and being engaged into day centre activities with the person you are supporting.
