What You’ll Be Doing
As a Soft Landscaping Supervisor, you’ll be leading a team to deliver outstanding landscaping projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Hands-on landscaping: turfing, planting, pruning, tree work, site finishing & tidying.
Leading & motivating your team for peak performance and quality.
Planning work schedules, allocating tasks, and monitoring progress.
Managing operations efficiently using AI Big Change CRM Software.
Ensuring all work is completed on time and to the highest standards.
Implementing Health & Safety best practices (ISO9001 & ISO14001 awareness required).
Continually improving processes for even better results!
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme).
Full, clean UK driving licence.
Desirable:
NVQ Level 2 in Horticulture.
SSSTS certification (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
