Balfour Winery, situated on the picturesque Hush Heath Estate in Kent, is one of the UK's leading producers of English wine and Winery visitor centers. Known for our innovative approach and commitment to quality, we are expanding our team to support our ambitious growth plans.
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Vineyward Worker to join our team outside.
If you are over the age of 17, own your own vehicle to get to and from The Winery, and physically fit we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting our vineyard team
Responsible for various tasks related to the cultivation and maintenance of grapevines
Managing the growth of vines by adjusting wires and removing excess foliage
General Maintenance of the Vineyard
We're looking for our guest Vineyard Assistant to have :
Own vehicle to be able to get to and from work
Over the age of 17
Must be able to lift heavy loads, operate tools and work outside in various weather conditions
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently.
Can-do attitude
