Role: Ward Host and Catering Assistant
Location: Private Hospital, Bury St Edmunds
Salary: from £12.60 per hour plus holiday accrual, paid weekly
Shifts: Flexible, full-time or part-time work available, shifts between Mon-Sun
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver meals and refreshments directly to patients with care and professionalism
• Communicate with patients to ensure dietary needs are met
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness while handling food
• Support the catering team with restocking and preparing areas for service
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
• Ability to adapt to different settings and work as part of a team
• DBS required for all roles
