Crynodeb
Please refer to the attached job description and person specification for full details of responsibilities. Be accountable for the performance management of ASMH. Be responsible for the development and delivery of operational delivery plans within the Directorate. Work alongside clinicians, engaging widely with a range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver optimal services for patients and other stakeholders. Facilitate the design and development of clinical pathways. Lead and support the planning, development and implementation of service transformation and improvement. Participate in long term planning and strategic projects for CPFT to ensure ASMH services are considered and that there is long term sustainable model. Promote a data driven approach and ensure sufficient and effective use of data to monitor performance and to satisfy internal and external reporting requirements. Ensure there is proactive management of risk and co-ordination of all responses to patient complaints in a timely way. Ensure that ASMH services meet the needs of the changing demography of the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough population, offer responsive, equal and equitable access to service users and offers equal and inclusive opportunities for the workforce. There is a requirement to participate in CPFTs Director on call rota.
