Crynodeb
The post is designed to deliver the following roles: Provide in-hours middle grade support to inpatient Gastroenterology areas. Deliver supervised out-patient Gastroenterology activity Deliver independent out-patient endoscopy activity - dependent upon skillset. Contribute to the GIM on call rota The post holder will be expected to work flexibly and manage their own workload to deliver key milestones in a timely manner. To enable the post holder to develop within the post beyond their direct clinical role, there will beopportunities for both research and service development activities within the outpatient weeks of thejob plan to be adjusted to fit with the needs of the service and the needs and abilities of the appointee.
