We are Millbrook Healthcare, we work in partnership with the NHS to supply the necessary equipment and aids to support people in
their day to day life. Our community equipment ranges from simple walking frames and crutches to more complex equipment such as
beds, hoists and pressure care equipment.
Having agreed a new contract with the NHS, we have exciting, new opportunities to join our team, in Littlehampton, and be part of

We are currently looking for an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join the team at our West Sussex Community Equipment Service
Centre based in Littlehampton. You'll be working as part of an engaged and motivated team for a company that is committed to

As an Occupational Therapy Assistant you will be responsible for working with Prescribers and the Specials Team at Millbrook
Healthcare to ensure that the appropriate equipment is Prescribed for Service users needs.
Millbrook are looking for an ambitious individual as we hope to progress this role in to an Occupational Therapist position, where
full training and support will be provided.
You may also be involved in the servicing and repair of equipment. We also carry out minor adaptations such as the installation
of handrails and grab rails within the home which can make a significant impact in giving people the confidence to live more
independently.
About you:
* You will have experience and knowledge around care and social care systems
* Experience of working with vulnerable adults desirable
* Knowledge of community equipment
* Willingness to learn and develop your skills
* Demonstrable background of customer care skills

* £26,530 - £29,114 per annum in line with NHS Band 4 DOE
* 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00
