A market leading distributor of Rivetnuts, Rivets and associated tools have an opportunity for an experienced Sales person to continue to grow the business.
The role includes managing and developing existing accounts of which there is an impressive and established portfolio along with sourcing, identifying and establishing new accounts via the phone/email and customer visits.
Essential Skills:
Strong communication and confident in engaging with customers
Good numeracy skills.
Must have a hands-on approach.
A genuine interest in understanding how things work.
Be able to prepare quotations.
Hold Full UK driving licence.
Comfortable with UK-wide travel (possible overnight stay).
Background in technical sales or engineering would be preferable. (Mechanical knowledge would be a plus)
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and face to face visits.
Recommend products and advise on suitability.
Manage and grow new/existing customer accounts.
Deliver product demonstrations, advice and technical support
Comprehend technical details and concepts.
