About the Role
An Operations Administrator is required to provide back office, operational and logistics support to the day-to-day activities.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Utilise the internal customer management software to track all order processes
Process orders and complete customer transactions
Communicate with customers, answer queries and resolve problems
Owning the Goods In and Goods Out processes
Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Maintaining, reconciling and updating stock records
Dealing with returns and product loans
Collating and producing reports for management
Day-to-day back office support
Greeting and assisting any visitors that come to the office
Book and schedule MOT/Services for our fleet
Location & Commitments
Full-time, permanent, job share considered.
Monday-Friday [09:00 – 17:30]
Crowthorne, Berkshire
Areas of Knowledge and Expertise:
Previous experience in an administration position is desirable but not essential
Basic to mid-level understanding of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel and Word)
Physically fit and willingness to learn
Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results to meet timelines
Strong problem solving abilities and the desire to create positive customer experiences
