Join Our Team as a Production Operative!
Looking for a hands-on role where your work really matters? We're hiring Production Operatives to join our friendly and hard-working team in Bellshill. This is a great opportunity to develop skills, work in a modern facility, and be part of a supportive, growing team.
What You'll Be Doing
· Working on the production line to help prepare fresh products.
· Following quality standards and health & safety rules.
· Keeping your work area clean, tidy, and well-organised.
· Hitting daily production targets with accuracy and care.
· Getting involved in training to improve your skills.
· Pitching in with the team and bringing a can-do attitude.
What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
· Willingness to learn and work in a fast-moving environment.
· A strong focus on cleanliness, safety, and product quality.
Nice-to-haves:
· Previous experience in food production or similar roles.
· Food Hygiene Level 2 Certificate.
· Own transport (though public transport is available).
Pay & Overtime
· Standard hourly pay: £12.21
· Overtime (after 38.35 hours):
o Monday to Saturday: Time and a half
o Sunday: Double time
