This opportunity is based at a well-respected service in Crewe, where a dedicated team provides nursing and dementia care to 60 residents. This home offers residents the chance to pursue hobbies, decorate their rooms as they wish, and enjoy a tranquil sensory garden. Registered Nurse Duties:
As a Registered Nurse, you'll be at the heart of providing exceptional care for our residents, ensuring they live their best lives in a supportive and person-centred environment. You will:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with the latest best practices and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with residents, their families, and the multi-disciplinary team to develop care plans that cater to each resident's unique needs
- Prioritize resident dignity and privacy, while promoting independence and choice
- Oversee medicine management in compliance with legal and professional standards
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of the residents in your care
Registered Nurse Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin
- Strong knowledge of nursing standards and NMC code of practice
- Proven experience in person-centred care planning
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and making a difference
