Are you passionate about guiding others toward success? We're looking for a motivated and dedicated Bootcamp Mentor to support learners in achieving their career goals.

Bootcamps are employment-focused courses designed for individuals looking to upskill or reskill and take the next step in their careers. As a Mentor, you’ll play a key role in coaching and inspiring learners—whether they’re breaking into a new industry or aiming for promotion.

- Make a real impact by helping learners achieve their employment goals.
- Engage with a diverse range of learners in trade, technical, and professional disciplines.
- Collaborate with teaching staff, employers, and training advisors to create success stories.
- Provide guidance beyond the classroom, supporting learners up to six months post-course.
- Use your coaching skills to boost confidence and unlock potential.
