We're looking for qualified Lifeguards to join our Leisure Team at Viewfield Manor, where every shift is a chance to be part of something special. From poolside safety to top-notch guest service, you'll be the reason families relax, kids have fun, and guests leave with memories they'll never forget.
What We’re Looking for:
A current NPLQ (or equivalent) qualification is essential
Recent experience working as a Lifeguard
A strong communicator with a great sense of teamwork
Someone who stays calm under pressure and acts fast when needed
Bonus points for a Pool Plant qualification (but not essential—we’ll support your development!)
PVG Scheme membership is a legal requirement for this role. The successful candidate must be a member of the PVG Scheme before employment can commence.
Variable hours. Shifts will include weekends and bank holidays
