Summary
We are recruiting for a Landscape Supervisor on behalf of a Ledbury based landscaping company who will be working closely with and supporting the company owner taking on responsibility for the day to day running of allocated landscape installation projects, supervising and working alongside the landscaping teams to ensure that all projects are completed to specification, finished on time and exceed clients’ expectations.

As the Landscape Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
• Ensuring teams are leaving the Depot on time, know where they are going, what they are doing and have everything they need to complete the work.
• Ensuring teams on site are completing work efficiently. to the required quality standards and set time frames.
• Working alongside installation teams on site to complete installations, liaising with teams on different sites and travelling between sites to resolve any issues, ensure everything is on track and spot anything that is needed.
• Training and developing colleagues to build a knowledgeable and highly skilled team.
• Ensuring teams are working to always meet safety and any site-specific requirements.
• Ensuring teams have all material, plant and equipment on site to be able to complete work and if not to order or pick up what is needed.
• Working with clients and colleagues to resolve any queries or site, staff, work-related issues and if the opportunity arises to promote the additional services that the company can offer.
• Ensuring Health & Safety compliance.
• Completing van, equipment and machinery checks and reporting any issues.
To be considered as the Landscape Supervisor you will need:
• A minimum of two years’ experience leading or supervising landscaping teams.
• Both hard and soft landscaping experience.
• Operated small excavators, dumpers and other powered tools.
• The ability to organise multiple teams working across multiple projects.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
In return, the Landscape Supervisor will receive a salary up to £40'000 per year which is negotiable based on experience, a company vehicle, 4 weeks holiday, pension scheme and the opportunity to be a key part of a growing business, gaining career progression opportunities based on both company and personal growth along with a number of additional benefits which include:
