An opportunity has arisen for a Performance Manager to join the Performance Team. You will be responsible for managing the Referral to Treatment (RTT) Data Quality Team. and responsible for supporting the Head of Performance in the delivery of performance management and monitoring processes across the Group.
The Performance Manager provides advice and support in line with national standards and local standard operating procedures in order that safeguards patient care.
The post is Monday to Friday, mainly working from home with at least 1 day office working per week.
The Performance Manager has overall responsibility for managing the Performance Data Quality Team.
Developing and monitoring data quality and audit programmes.
Monitors Trust performance against KPIs and supports improvement programmes of work.
Provides advice to the operational teams on national standards, KPIs etc
Develops RTT Lorenzo testing processes and Access Policy audit programmes.
