Working in the Administration Team based within the walls of HMP Lincoln, you will be part of the Offender Health Care Group within Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate at all levels including where there may be barriers to understanding such as learning needs as well as physical and mental health needs. Handling sensitive and sometimes distressing information whilst maintaining patient and staff confidentiality in an appropriate manner. Using our electronic healthcare records system; SystmOne and other bespoke databases, the main aspects of the role will include data entry, dealing with telephone enquiries, booking appointments, photocopying and scanning documents, maintaining records, collating and distributing post and some porter duties. managing waiting lists, printing appointment lists and letters and assisting senior administration colleagues. Successful applicants with no prior NHS experience would normally be placed at the bottom of the band in line with Agenda for Change.
