Make a Difference Every Day
At Clarendon Home Care, we don’t just provide care to elderly people - we build relationships, restore dignity and make people feel truly seen and valued. Now, we’re looking for an organised, compassionate and motivated Care Coordinator to help us deliver the gold standard in home care across Surrey and the surrounding areas.
This is more than a job, this is a chance to lead with heart and make a meaningful impact in people’s lives, every single day.
Who This Role Is Perfect For:
You're a natural organiser, a people-person and someone who genuinely cares. Maybe you’ve worked as a senior carer or coordinator before, or maybe you're ready to take the next step in your career. You're confident on the phone, love problem-solving, and thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Creating and managing weekly rotas for our amazing team of carers
• Matching carers to clients based on personality and needs
• Supporting with care assessments, spot checks, and supervision visits
• Being a friendly, reliable point of contact for clients and families
• Working closely with our Duty Manager and wider office team
What You’ll Need:
• Experience in domiciliary care or a similar care role (coordinator or senior carer ideal)
• A caring, confident and can-do attitude
• Strong IT and communication skills
• A flexible approach
What We Offer You:
• A small, supportive team
• Opportunities to grow and progress within the company
• Ongoing training and qualifications
• Company pension
• Meaningful work that makes a genuine difference
Ready to Join the team?
We’d love to hear from you - especially if you’re ready to bring your energy, warmth and organisation to a role that truly matters.
