Crynodeb
We, the Training Design and Standards Organisation (Gosport), part of the Defence School of Aeronautical Engineering, are responsible for the design and assessment of aero engineering courses for the Royal Navy. This position is for an avionic trade course assessor/examiner at DSAE Gosport (within HMS Sultan). You will be working in an encouraging environment with a line manager mentor, as well as numerous other experienced training designers, examiners and training managers.
Whilst formal training in assessments is a requirement of the position and will be provided, experience of training delivery and/or an instructing qualification (e.g., Certificate in Education), would be desirable.
This post is advertised at 37 hours per week and attracts (annually reviewed) a non-pensionable allowance of £6000 per annum in addition to the basic salary.
