Lead Maintenance Engineer - £52,000
Central London | Corporate Offices | Monday to Friday

Join one of London's premier FM Service Providers as a Lead Maintenance Engineer, managing a portfolio of six high-end corporate office buildings in the heart of the city.

This is a key leadership role where you'll oversee all aspects of hard services delivery, managing a team of 4-6 skilled engineers, and ensuring the smooth operation of building systems in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

The Offer:

  • £52,000 per annum

  • Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

The Role:

  • Manage planned and reactive maintenance across six corporate office sites

  • Lead and support a multi-skilled engineering team

  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service excellence

  • Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and company policies

  • Support project delivery and small works as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong background in building services (electrical or mechanical bias)

  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience

  • Excellent client-facing skills

  • Sound knowledge of compliance, H&S, and FM best practices
