AlertSystems is an Industry leading security company specialising in the installation and servicing of CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and fire alarm systems. Our busy service department is essential to ensuring our customers receive first class support and service.
Administrator - Service Department (100% site based) - Trowbridge, Wiltshire
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated administrator to join our Service Admin team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word, thrive in a busy office environment and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Handle and process incoming calls and emails from customers, taking prompt action as needed.
• Schedule appointments for our service managers, updating their diaries accordingly.
• Process purchase orders from customers.
• Produce chargeable service work quotations ensuring they reach the appropriate decision maker.
• Assist with chargeable service work procedures.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and support the service department in daily operations.
What We’re Looking For
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy office environment.
• Previous experience using a CRM in a business environment is an advantage.
The Package
• Salary £24,570 p.a. 37.5 hours per week.
• Monday-Thursday 08:30 - 17:00 (one hour lunch) & Fridays 08:30 - 16.30 (half hour lunch).
