About Us: Evolve Psychology Services is an award-winning, NHS and HSE-approved independent psychology and neurodevelopmental practice, founded by Dr. Laura Powling. We provide high-quality services across the UK and Ireland, including neurodevelopmental and psychological assessments for adults and children. Our expertise extends to expert witness assessments for courts and parole boards, as well as assessments in criminal/prison law, family law, immigration law, and medico-legal cases. We are known for delivering high-quality assessments and fulfilling NHS contracts. About the Role: We are looking for a Clinic Support Worker to join our team in Harrogate. This role is key to ensuring the smooth running of our clinic operations and supporting both our clients and clinicians. Occasional travel to education and other Evolve sites may be required. Main Duties: As a Clinical Support Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of our clinic. Your duties will include welcoming clients, setting up clinical spaces, and supporting clinicians with assessments and equipment. You will also assist with recording essential information, maintaining clinic organisation, and providing general administrative support. This is a hands-on role requiring strong communication skills and a proactive approach to client care. Responsibilities: Support clinic operations, including greeting clients, facilitating assessments, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Assist clinicians with equipment needs and setting up clinics. Record and manage information accurately and efficiently. Provide general administrative and operational support to the clinical team. Qualifications: GCSE English and Maths. A qualification in Health and Social Care (desirable). Experience: Previous experience working in health, social care, or education preferred. Experience supporting children or adults with learning difficulties, autism, or in a Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) environment preferred. Skills and Attributes: Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A compassionate and professional approach to working with clients and families. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
