Are you a passionate and experienced Catering Manager ready to lead a dynamic, multi-outlet operation? We\\'re looking for a results-driven individual with a strong background in catering leadership, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and delivers exceptional service aligned with KPI targets.
As Catering Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of multiple food and beverage outlets on-site, ensuring seamless delivery of catering operations in line with agreed KPIs and service standards. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing budgets, and nurturing strong client relationships to support long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team across multiple catering outlets to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service.
Ensure all operations meet performance, quality, and customer satisfaction KPIs.
Develop and nurture team members through coaching, training, and performance management to build a high-performing, engaged workforce.
Proactively manage budgets and cost controls, ensuring efficient delivery of services within financial targets.
Contribute to sales and profitability growth through innovation, promotions, and outstanding service delivery.
Act as the primary day-to-day contact for the client, maintaining a positive and proactive partnership.
Oversee compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company policies across all sites.
Streamline and implement effective processes to drive operational excellence and team productivity.
What You Bring
Proven experience as a Catering Manager, ideally within a multi-site or high-volume setting.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a passion for team development.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in managing budgets and improving profitability.
A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Confidence in managing client relationships and driving service improvements.
A sound understanding of food safety and health & safety regulations.
