We’re looking for an Operational Account Manager to help us continue delivery exceptional service and results across our accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Leading and developing a team of account executives and administrators
Collaborating with peers to ensure operational consistency across the business
Visiting sites to work closely with Centre Operations on quality control, inventory management, and dispute resolution
Managing vehicle allocation and unsold inventory with a focus on maximising returns
Ensuring sales entries and stock management meet quality and performance standards
Delivering on vendor SLAs and ensuring accurate invoicing and chargebacks
Handling vendor feedback with a solutions-oriented mindset
Key Skills
Knowledge and experience of core BCA systems and operational activities
Experience of managing a team across multiple locations
A strong background in customer relationship management and service delivery
Attention to detail and a disciplined, performance-drive approach
Familiarity with the wholesale automotive industry and fast-paced environments
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
