Summary
Little Jo's Day Nursery requires a practitioners to join the team! The candidate must have at least a level 3 qualification, however level 2 will be considered if the candidate have good experience.
Two references required and a enhanced DBS check will be completed

Responsibilities and Duties
The candidates role will include the following:
Taking part in delivering a highest standard of care throughout the nursery. 'Be a key person' to individual children while also having responsibility for all children's welfare.
Observing and assessing what children can do and planning appropriately according their learning and needs.
Be willing to join in with activities! We like to dance, sing and get messy.
Work in partnership with parents for the best outcomes for children.
Liaise with outside agencies when appropriate to benefit the children.
Support transitions for new children and those transitioning within the setting.
Supporting the supervision of children playing both indoors and outdoors.
Ensure you promote a safe, respected and valued environment for all children and their families.
Ensuring all safeguarding and child protection procedures are followed on a daily basis.
Following the settings policies and procedures.
