Galloways Bakers are looking for a part time driver for cover on the day and night shift. Working 3 days/nights a week. This may and can increase to cover sickness and holiday cover.
We have 23 shops and expanding.
We are looking for an enthusiastic member of staff to drive one of our delivery vans delivering our freshly made products to our 23 shops.
You will be assisting in the smooth running of our transport and delivery department.
You must be conscientious and be willing to undertake flexible working patterns.

Nights: 21.30 to 07.00am or 00.00 to 08.00am
Day's: 08:00 to 16:00
Working 2-3 days over a 7-day period including weekends
Pay: £13.20 per hour.
You may be required to work extra days/nights for holiday and sickness cover.
Due to the company's insurance restrictions all drivers have to be aged 25 and over.
Full drivers licence required with minimal points.
Duties:
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
- Execute delivery driver responsibilities with precision and timeliness.
- Engage in commercial driving activities adhering to traffic rules and regulations.
- Assist in warehouse duties including loading and unloading goods.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar driving role.
- Familiarity with van driving and warehouse operations.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members.
