• Plan and deliver high-quality, creative lessons across the primary curriculum.

• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to support learning and wellbeing.
• Help all children realise and achieve their full potential.
• Assess the children’s work and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to a positive school culture and take part in wider school life.
