What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial and Operating Officer who will provide strategic management and leadership of the financial, business and key operations of the Trust ensuring that we maintain financial stability while delivering exceptional education. The Balcarras Trust currently comprises three schools: Balcarras, The High School Leckhampton and Winchcombe School. The Trust has over 2700 pupils and over 500 members of staff.
