Our client, a food manufacture based in Lichfield Road Industrial Estate Tamworth, immediately requires Food Quality Testers / Graders. (FOOD PRODUCT IS PORK). No previous experience necessary as full training provided. Possible permanent positions following a successful trial period. Duties for a Food Quality Testers / Graders include ensuring all requirements are met as per the production schedule and to the approved specifications, whilst maintaining food safety and the health & safety of yourself and colleagues. Ensuring the effective output of the graded & flavoured product as per schedule, with all product compliant with specification, ensuring verifications are carried out as per the agreed time frames, all traceability paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
