The Best Connection has partnered with a leading client based in Uddingston and is urgently seeking Production Line Operatives to join their team. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with an immediate start.
What you'll be doing:
As a Production Line Operative, youll play a vital role in ensuring products are assembled, processed, and packaged efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You will be working as part of a busy production team where your main duties will include: Operating machinery and equipment on the production line. Monitoring the quality of products throughout the process. Carrying out visual inspections and reporting any faults or issues. Ensuring products are correctly packaged and labelled. Maintaining cleanliness and safety in your work area. What we're looking for: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. A passion for achieving results and a drive to exceed expectations. Good attention to detail and a proactive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Midnight) Think you're the perfect fit?
