Job Title: Transport Clerk (Nights) - Temp to Perm

? Shift Pattern: Sunday to Thursday, 22:00 - 06:00

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and looking to build a career in logistics? We have an exciting Transport Clerk opportunity in a busy transport environment in Livingston, working night shifts from Sunday to Thursday.
This is a temporary-to-permanent position, offering stability and long-term prospects for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities: Data entry and maintenance of transport records Briefing and debriefing drivers Answering incoming calls and responding to queries professionally Filing and managing driver paperwork Supporting the wider transport team with day-to-day admin tasks What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a transport or logistics environment (desirable but not essential) Strong communication and organisational skills Confidence working independently, especially during night shifts Basic IT skills, including MS Office and data entry systems A proactive and reliable approach to work Why Join Us?
