Mobile Caretaker – Part Time

Banbury

£10,668
- £11,229 per year
16 hours per week – Monday and Friday

We have an opportunity for a Mobile Caretaker to join our team based in Banbury. As a Mobile Caretaker you will work alone carrying out cleaning and caretaking cuties across various schemes.

The role of Mobile Caretaker will include:

- General cleaning and small maintenance jobs
- Working with customers to identify and report faults, resolving issues and improving services
- Completing all documents and paperwork concerning tasks completed
- Ensuring tools and equipment are maintained in a suitable condition


Skills and experiences:

- Experience in a similar role or completing similar tasks
- Some experience of working to deadlines and prioritising work loads
- Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
- Practical experience in operating hand tools and light machinery
- Good communication and customer care skills
- This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence

The full time equivalent salary for this role is £26,670 based on 40 hours per week rising to £28,074 after 12 months service and subject to satisfactory performance
