Job Title: Social Housing Plasterer

Location: Isle of dogs and surrounding areas

Salary: £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) + van & fuel card

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plasterer to join our dedicated housing maintenance team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality plastering services to our social housing properties across Chingford and the surrounding areas.

About the Role:

As a Social Housing Plasterer, you will be undertaking a variety of plastering works, including:

  • Patching and repairs
  • Re-skimming
  • New plasterboard installations
  • Damp proofing related plastering
  • Artex removal and plastering over
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations
  • Working collaboratively with other trades and residents
  • Maintaining accurate records of work completed

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plastering
  • CSCS card
  • Proven experience as a Plasterer, ideally within a social housing or domestic setting
  • A full, clean UK driving licence
  • A strong understanding of health and safety in the workplace
  • DBS check will be required upon successful offer of employment
