Crynodeb
You will be responsible for leading on laboratory projects, method development and clinical effectiveness. You will work effectively with the LCL Senior Managers, Consultant Clinical Scientists and stakeholders alike and represent LCL on both internal and external Trust committees, deputising for the Consultant Clinical Scientist where required. You will be the conduit between the laboratory and the clinical teams across University Hospitals of Liverpool Group. You will also be expected to be involved within the Cheshire and Merseyside Pathology Network. You will bring a proven knowledge and expertise in Biochemistry and will engage and inspire staff to deliver services with outcomes that are as efficient as they are effective. You will be dedicated to ensuring that quality and service are key priorities. Having the energy, drive, optimism and determination to meet all of the challenges ahead will be vital. The successful candidate will have a positive approach to the opportunity and will be able to demonstrate resilience, proven leadership skills and demonstrate key strengths in individual and team communication.
