To lead and have accountability for all aspects of mandatory training and eLearning. To lead and have accountability for Continuous Professional Development funding and the Learning Needs Analysis (LNA). To lead and have accountability for all aspects of mandatory training and eLearning. To lead and have accountability for Continuous Professional Development funding and the Learning Needs Analysis (LNA).The post holder will be responsible for ensuring there are robust systems in place for the performance management of the national standards, including maintaining and reporting to the Trust Board on the national standards and governance processes associated with CPD and LNA monies from NHS England. To commission high quality mandatory training and eLearning To commission high quality education provision as identified in the Training Needs Analysis both within the organisation and externally from Higher Education institutes (HEIs) and other sources.
