Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher in delivering interactive and engaging lessons
- Provide 1:1 and group support, including working with students with special educational needs (SEN)
- Help create and maintain a positive and stimulating classroom environment
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
- Supervise children during playtimes, lunchtimes, and on school outings
- Prepare materials and resources for lessons and classroom activities
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role
- A passion for helping children reach their full potential
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2 or 3) is a plus but not essential
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, standard school hours
- Flexible working options for full-time and part-time positions
