WORKING PATTERN: Our working style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites however this role will require additional days in the office to cover the requirements of the role. There will be national travel required on a regular basis.

The role of the Senior Trainer is to deliver high quality, high impact learning delivered face to face, virtually or in a hybrid environment providing an outstanding colleague learning experience.
Key responsibilities include:

You'll be delivering a broad range of innovative learning solutions from our Leadership and Sales Curricula to experienced and aspiring leaders and managers from across LBG.

You'll work with a close-knit team of business aligned Senior Learning & Skills Partners and Change and Design Managers, to provide a collaborative consultancy service to stakeholders to help them to identify their own and their business learning needs.

You'll take the lead on supporting the development and delivery of business specific learning projects as a subject matter expert and will be responsible for managing internal and external stakeholders, to ensure the learning is fit for purpose and delivers the agreed aims and objectives.

You'll also support the development and delivery of group wide learning solutions that align to our group strategy and have the opportunity to deliver large scale events from our virtual delivery studios.

What you'll need
-
Significant experience of soft skills development and leadership training delivery experience, together with coaching/leadership management qualifications.

You have professional and validated experience of working as a Trainer and Facilitator.

Experience with both virtual and face to face training delivery, across the full range of delivery styles & tailor delivery to meet the needs of varying audiences from facilitating & presenting to small and large groups at internal and external events.

Subject Matter Expert experience, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to provide consultation, developing bespoke learning solutions, and offering creative & innovative ideas.

Aware of the latest learning thinking & learning delivery methodology to meet the needs of the business & advance the business and LBG strategy.

Pro-actively develop, monitor & review personal development through researching the latest leadership thinking, external research, networking, formal/informal observations, developmental feedback to ensure 'best in class' delivery & drive continuous improvement.

Possess a commercial outlook and support the measurement of training efficiency with evaluation and metrics.

Previous leadership experience together with coaching/leadership management qualifications.
